In order to prepare such food items, sufficient training is provided by the Chitra Lane Sheltered Workshop’s cookery unit. The unit provides training in preparing Sri Lankan dishes, cakes, sweets and other items listed on the in-house Chitra Lane Sheltered Workhouse Menu.
